Cheryl Bonini Ellis, Leadership Expert and High Performance Coach with over 30 years of rich and varied leadership experience, is the author of Becoming Deliberate: Changing the Game of Leadership From the Inside Out. She is the founder of Ellis Business Enterprises, LLC and creator of High Impact Leadership, a leadership development program and Leading with Impact and Intention, a leadership retreat for women of influence.

A senior executive-turned-entrepreneur, Cheryl is a trusted business advisor who trains and coaches entrepreneurs, executives and professionals from a variety of industries. She helps business leaders achieve higher levels of performance so that they can produce better results, and build cohesive high performing teams so that they can create a competitive advantage in the market. Cheryl is a Certified High Performance Coach and a Founding Member of John Maxwell’s team of certified coaches, trainers and speakers.

Cheryl is a past chair of the prominent Women in Business program of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and current member of the St Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. An avid photographer who loves to travel, Cheryl lives in St Petersburg, FL with her husband Denny Collins.
